A late Valentine...

I made a card very similar to this and sent it to the Ernman in Ohio for Valentine's Day, knowing he'd get it the day before he came home to New Jersey for the weekend.  Boy, was I wrong!  I sent it on February 9th and he received it on February 20th... what's up with that?
I decided I'd make another six of these, intending to resend one to the Ernman if he didn't receive his by the 23rd.  However, he DID receive his so these will go in my next Operation Write Home box.   They can be a "Love" card for anytime, right?!!
The entire red panel is popped off the white card base...

February's Christmas...

In preparation of my five Christmas cards for February, I pulled out my Christmas supply box and found many pre-cut Starburst pieces.  So, why not get rid of them?  Easy card for February!!  Yay!!

Since I used twelve on each card, that whittled the pile down by sixty.  By the time I got to the last card however, there was a lot of duplicate pieces.  I was determined NOT to cut more.  Mission accomplished!  And five for February... check!

Birthday Cards...

I've had this 6" x 6" pad called "The Birthday Wishes Stack" made by DCWV for over a year.  I've used random pieces of it occasionally but I thought I'd make an effort to get it gone.  The cupcakes are a set of dimensional stickers made by Sticko...

On this one, I embossed the red piece with the "Happy Birthday" embossing folder by Cuttlebug...

On this one, I just used the papers from the pad.  One of these two will become Zack's birthday card but I can't decide which one I like best... how about you?

Heartfelt Thanks...

This is an old Stampin' Up set I acquired from my mentor back in 2010.  On my February envelope, it said to use it.  SOOOO, I used it!  The set is called "Two-step stampin - Heartfelt Thanks".  I've never understood the two-step name when it is CLEARLY three steps.  But who am I to argue...

As I was finishing these up (I made 10), I learned of a fellow crafter who has entered Hospice.  I am quite stunned.  I will send this card to her as quickly as I can... and my heart is breaking. :(

Valentine...

February already?!!  Geesh...

I made four of these to send to all the grandbabies.  We have five, but with two sets of twins, only three addresses are needed.  The fourth is for that, "Holy crap!  I forgot..." moment!  :)

ALL papers were from my scraps... big YAY!  So, besides all the grandbabies (oh, and the Ernman who gets something extra special), who am I forgetting?
